Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Kochi. The Content Writer will develop clear, engaging content for Synctric’s website, product pages, blogs, case studies, and marketing collateral, with a focus on cybersecurity and fintech topics. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching industry trends, collaborating with product and marketing teams to translate technical features into accessible narratives, and writing content aligned with brand voice and positioning. The role involves structuring and maintaining a content calendar, optimizing web content for readability and discoverability,



and ensuring all materials are accurate, consistent, and compliant with internal guidelines. The Content Writer will also review and refine existing content, support campaign messaging, and contribute ideas to strengthen Synctric’s thought leadership and customer education efforts. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to present complex technical and financial concepts in a clear, concise, and audience-friendly manner.
• Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy capabilities and Research skills to plan content for key audiences, gather credible information, and align topics with product and business goals.
• Candidates should possess careful Proofreading skills and attention to detail to ensure grammar, style, accuracy, and consistency across all written materials.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, fintech, or SaaS content creation is beneficial.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt content to different formats and channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
