About the role
We're looking for someone who lives on the internet and can turn a trend into a joke before it stops being a trend. You'll write the captions, hooks, and scripts that make people hit share, for brands and creators we work with.

What you'll do
• Write meme captions, one-liners, and short-form content ideas across Instagram and other social platforms
• Spot trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments early and adapt them for brands
• Pitch fresh meme ideas daily and work with the designer to bring them to life
• Adjust humour and tone to suit different brands and audiences
• Keep up with what's working across meme pages, creators, and communities What we're looking for
• Gen Z, with a strong sense of internet culture and meme formats
• Sharp, original sense of humour and good Hinglish/English writing
• Knows the line between funny and cringe, and between edgy and offensive
• Can work to deadlines and take feedback without taking it personally
• Experience running a meme page or writing for social media is a big plus (portfolio or page link required) Valuable to have
• Basic knowledge of Canva or video editing
• Understanding of brand and creator marketing
