Role Description The Property Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned properties. This position ensures that guest check-ins, check-outs, cleaning schedules, and maintenance requests are coordinated efficiently and completed to quality standards. The associate will liaise with guests, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues, manage inventories, and support smooth property turnaround for new bookings. The role includes monitoring property performance,



documenting on-ground issues, and providing feedback to improve processes, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency. The Property Operations Associate will also support implementation of JadeCaps’ technology tools on-site and uphold company policies, safety guidelines, and brand standards. Qualifications
• Strong operations skills, including process coordination, on-ground execution, and basic familiarity with property or hospitality operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, vendors, and internal teams in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.
• Analytical skills to track property performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and suggest data-informed improvements.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest queries, manage escalations, and ensure a positive in office experience.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and basic digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for weekend or holiday shifts as required by property operations.
• Prior experience in hospitality, real estate operations, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or operations management is an advantage.
