Role Description This is a full time, on-site Mid-level Merchandiser role focused on Hand Embroidery, based in Mumbai. The Merchandiser will coordinate between clients, the design team, and production units to translate client requirements into detailed embroidery specifications and sampling requests. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing orders, tracking sampling and production timelines, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining accurate documentation for styles,



trims, and beaded panels.
The Merchandiser will also collaborate closely with internal teams to optimise workflow, address issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery for both domestic and international clients. Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in hand embroidery, fashion, or textiles.
• understanding of embroidery techniques, beading, trims, and garment construction.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email) and familiarity with order tracking or ERP tools is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
