Key Responsibilities




Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, manpower planning, and employer branding
• Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and succession planning
• Oversee compensation & benefits, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes
• Ensure statutory compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace policies
• Lead learning & development initiatives, HR analytics, budgeting, and organizational development Ideal Candidate: An experienced HR professional with robust leadership capabilities, sound knowledge of labour laws, and proven expertise in managing end-to-end HR functions in Apparel manufacturing and Export company.
