About the Role
IPE Global is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own and drive hiring as a core organisational capability, deeply embedded across programs, thematic areas, and leadership teams. This is a hands-on, immersive role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy — translating complex, program-driven talent needs into timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. The role requires strong discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders across geographies. This is not a coordination-only role. • Work closely with Program Leads, Thematic Heads, and Project Leads to understand evolving workforce needs.
• Participate in regular reviews to anticipate hiring demand and plan proactively.
• Act as a trusted advisor on workforce structuring and sequencing of hires. Stakeholder Management & Cadence

• Establish and run regular Talent Acquisition check-ins with HR representatives and program teams.
• Serve as the central integrator across HR, Finance, Compliance, and program teams on hiring matters.
• Maintain clear communication, tracking, escalation, and closure discipline. Systems & Process Strengthening
