WE'RE HIRING | Customer Support & Operations Intern (Female) At The Strutt Store (STRUTT), we're looking for a proactive, responsible and detail-oriented female intern who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems and learning how ecommerce operations work. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Query Resolution
• Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, phone calls, emails and website.
• Assist with order-related queries, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds.
• Follow up with customers and help resolve their concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions. 2. Logistics & Dispatch Management
• Assist with daily order processing, dispatch and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners.
• Track delayed deliveries, failed deliveries and RTOs.
• Help manage NDRs and follow up on pending shipments. 3. Customer Experience
• Ensure a smooth customer experience through timely communication.
• Handle customer feedback and reviews professionally.




• Help identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements. 4. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain daily reports of customer queries, orders, dispatches and returns.
• Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with ecommerce, production, warehouse and logistics teams. Skills & Requirements
• Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and ecommerce platforms is a plus.
• Good problem-solving, multitasking and follow-up skills.
