Role Description The E-learning Developer is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. The person in this role designs, develops, and maintains interactive e-learning modules, working closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to translate learning objectives into engaging digital experiences. Daily responsibilities include building SCORM-compliant courses, configuring and managing content in learning management systems, and testing modules for usability, accessibility, and technical performance.



The E-learning Developer will also optimize existing content, participate in reviews and quality assurance, document development processes, and provide technical support for e-learning deployments. Collaboration, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines and standards are central to the role. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in E-Learning Development, including experience with authoring tools and interactive content creation.
• Candidates should possess Instructional Design and Training & Development skills to align digital content with learning objectives and outcomes.
• Candidates should possess Learning Management skills, including LMS administration, content deployment, tracking, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess SCORM-related skills to package, test, and troubleshoot compliant e-learning modules.
• Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with HTML/CSS, multimedia tools, basic graphic design, and experience with quality assurance in e-learning.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines, are expected.
