Role Description The Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying relevant tenders, collecting and reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. The Tender Executive prepares tender proposals, ensures compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and manages timely submission of bids through online portals and physical submissions as needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining tender trackers, updating management on bid status, and handling pre
- and post-tender correspondence with clients or authorities. The role also includes maintaining documentation, supporting contract finalization, and contributing to process improvements to increase bid efficiency and success rates. Qualifications
• Robust tender management skills, including tender search, document review, bid preparation, and submission coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online tender portals,



with attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
• Solid understanding of commercial terms, basic contract principles, pricing, and taxation relevant to tenders.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tenders, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Analytical skills to compare tender specifications, assess risks, and support decision-making on bid participation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in tendering or bid management in industrial or engineering domains is an advantage.
• Familiarity with equipment or systems used in power, railways, or industrial sectors is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn technical product details.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate within a structured process environment, and uphold ISO 9001:2015 quality practices.
