Requirements:
• 10 to 12 years of experience in architectural design management and execution of large-scale hospital projects.
• Robust expertise in design management and site coordination for complex healthcare projects.
• Ability to act as the interface between the client’s design team, architects, site execution teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent design sensibility, technical understanding, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client interactions, design presentations, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit / BIM LOD 350.
• Experience in PMC projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities




• Lead and manage the architectural design development process and ensure timely delivery of all design deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, specialist consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination between the client, design consultants, and project execution teams during pre-construction and post-construction stages.
• Coordinate with the liaison team for obtaining statutory approvals.
• Monitor design implementation at the project site and resolve design-related issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Review and coordinate as-built drawings. Support project completion, commissioning, and final handover
