Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, aligned with client and internal marketing goals. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, drafting captions, supporting basic graphic or video content needs, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments under guidance. The role involves researching trends, hashtags, and competitor activity, contributing ideas for content calendars, and preparing simple performance reports. The intern will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team,



learn best practices in social media optimization, and support broader online marketing initiatives as needed. Qualifications
• Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills to plan, produce, and optimize content across major platforms.
• Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts, including campaign objectives, audience targeting, and basic analytics.
• Strong Communication skills for crafting clear, engaging copy and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Basic familiarity with social media tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards) and popular content formats (images, short videos, stories, reels).
• Ongoing or completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field are preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, in office environment.
• Curiosity about emerging social media trends and willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas.
• Previous internship or project experience in social media or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
