The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Research potential clients and identify target markets.
• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable company services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Schedule meetings, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual and organizational targets. Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Positive convincing and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
• Freshers with excellent communication and relevant knowledge may also apply.
• Strong spoken English is preferred.
