Our client, a leading global retailer, is moving its Facilities Management platform from Maximo to Planon, with go-live at the end of November 2026. We’re looking for a hands-on Planon specialist to own the application after go-live: keeping it secure, resolving issues end to end, and handing over from the vendor to the internal team. What you’ll do
• Lead Planon application support: incidents, problems, service requests and the backlog
• Troubleshoot configuration, workflows, data, access and API/integration issues yourself, not just pass tickets on
• Manage cases and escalations with the Planon vendor through to resolution
• Turn business requirements into Planon changes, then test and release them
• Document the platform and coach the internal team to run it independently What we’re looking for
• Hands-on Planon IWMS configuration experience, ideally across implementation and post-go-live support
• REST APIs, integrations, data flows and SQL
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Facility Management processes
• Incident, problem, change and release management
• Confidence working directly with business users and vendors
