Role & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end financial advisory engagements: from capital structuring and investor pitch decks to due diligence, valuation, and deal execution support.
• Act as virtual CFO for portfolio clients — oversee P&L;, cash flow forecasting, KPI dashboards, and board reporting for early to growth-stage companies.
• Design and implement scalable financial controls, accounting frameworks, and investor reporting systems aligned with GAAP/IND AS.




• Support fundraising initiatives — prepare cap tables, term sheets, financial models, and investor Q&A; decks for VC, PE, and debt rounds.
• Coach founders and management teams on financial storytelling, unit economics, and investor communication to drive capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and compliance partners to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional advisory mandates. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
