About ProDesk ProDesk is practice management software built for mental health professionals. It handles session booking, client management, reminders, billing and session notes in one place, and is aligned with DPDP and HIPAA standards. We’re early-stage, growing fast, and building for a profession that’s underserved by technology. The role You’ll own growth end to end: getting more mental health professionals to discover ProDesk, sign up, and upgrade to paid. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with direct access to the founder. What you’ll do
• Drive signups and paid conversions across channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, communities and partnerships
• Run outreach to psychologists, counsellors, therapists and clinics, and close demos
• Build and run campaigns, webinars and content that turn practitioners into users




• Set up referral and growth-partner programs
• Improve the funnel from signup to activation to paid, and report on what’s working
• Share user feedback with the product team to shape the roadmap What we’re looking for
• Strong communicator who is comfortable with cold outreach and demos
• Data-driven, with a bias for rapid experiments
• Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-moving team
• Understanding of the mental health or wellness space is a big plus What you’ll get
