South Delhi (Work from Office) Firm: Areete Consultants LLP Application Deadline:10th November 2026 Areete Consultants LLP is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (Manager) to lead client engagements, mentor teams, and deliver excellence in GST, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory Compliance. Key Highlights CA with 6–7 years of post-qualification experience Recent & relevant experience in a CA Firm is mandatory Candidates with only industry/corporate experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
1. GST & Indirect Taxation
* End-to-end independent handling of GST compliances, advisory, and litigation assignments
* Review and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations, etc.)
* GST audits, assessments, notices, and departmental representations
* Advisory on GST structuring, input tax credit optimization, and compliance planning
* Keeping clients updated on changes in GST laws and implications. 2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
* Finalization of financial statements (including consolidation of domestic and international subsidiaries) as per applicable accounting standards.
* Preparation and review of MIS reports and financial analysis Handling tax audits;
* Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other regulatory requirements
* Liaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities. 3. Team Leadership & Management
* Supervision, mentoring, and review of work performed by team members




* Allocation of assignments and ensuring timely completion
* Quality control and review of deliverables before submission
* Training team members on GST and financial reporting updates
* Building a team-oriented and performance-driven team workplace. 4. Client Relationship Management
* Acting as a key point of contact for assigned clients
* Providing proactive advisory and business insights
* Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
* Ensuring client satisfaction and retention Required Skills &

Qualifications:
* Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (Mandatory)
* 6-7+ years of relevant experience in a CA firm
* Strong expertise in GST laws and compliance
* Excellent knowledge of financial statements
* Excellent Knowledge of Direct Taxes, payroll, FEMA, Corporate laws, and taxation
* Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, Computax etc.) and advance knowledge of MS Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Leadership ability with experience in managing teams. Candidates with strong statutory audit experience will be preferred.
