The organisation is expanding its services into 2D drafting and submission support for international hospitality clients, including hotel refurbishment projects in the USA, alongside its established commercial office and residential interior design projects in Mumbai. Role Overview We are looking for a versatile Interior Designer & CAD Drafter who can contribute across two key functions: 60% – International Drafting & Submissions 40% – Local Interior Design Projects The ideal candidate should possess strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and the creative ability to conceptualise and execute interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
Track 1: International Drafting & Submissions (60%) Prepare and revise 2D drawings, tables and schedules for international hotel refurbishment projects. Interpret client-issued codes, charts and standards and accurately incorporate them into working drawings. Execute drawing redlines and revision cycles while adhering to tight international deadlines. Ensure drawing accuracy and formatting in accordance with client-specific submission standards. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-off documents. Coordinate drawing revisions and technical documentation as required. Track 2: Local Interior Design Projects (40%)



Develop design concepts and space plans for commercial office fit-outs and residential interior projects. Prepare client-facing presentations, mood boards and design layouts. Create 3D visualisations using SketchUp and/or Lumion. Coordinate with site teams, contractors and vendors during project execution. Support design development from conceptualisation through implementation. Required Skills & Competencies Solid proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge of SketchUp and/or Revit would be an added advantage. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in technical and production drafting, with the ability to work accurately within predefined codes, standards and specifications. A demonstrated interior design portfolio showcasing space planning and concept development, beyond technical drafting. Strong written English communication skills, as the role involves direct interaction with US-based clients. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage drawing revisions under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal errors and supervision. Experience & Qualification 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design or Architecture. Candidates should have experience in both technical drafting and interior design.
