Role DescriptionThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for independently managing the company's accounting and financial operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
• Independently manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, General Ledger maintenance and financial record-keeping.
• Handle GST compliance, return filing, ITC reconciliation, GST refund applications and related departmental correspondence.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, customer collections, vendor payments, outstanding balances and regular reconciliations.
• Handle import-export accounting and documentation, including Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, commercial invoices and e-BRC.
• Manage Letter of Credit (LC)



documentation and coordinate with banks for import payments, export proceeds and foreign remittances.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement, along with ledger scrutiny and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, vendors and customers to ensure smooth financial and accounting operations. Candidate Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in manufacturing, trading or import-export businesses.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST compliance, ITC reconciliation and GST refund procedures.
• Hands-on experience in LC documentation, banking operations and import-export transactions.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel.
