Key Responsibilities
* Review and verify employee leave requests, including bereavement and specialized leaves.
* Validate supporting documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
* Handle sensitive employee queries with empathy and professionalism.
* Identify discrepancies and potential policy violations.




* Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance documentation. Required
