• Support customer onboarding and manage post-sales activities.
• Coordinate site visits, possession activities, and related documentation.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Site Teams for timely resolution of customer requirements.
• Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and daily trackers with accurate and timely updates.




• Assist in snagging/de-snagging coordination and ensure unit readiness before possession.
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance demands and collections.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of customer-related requests.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute towards providing a smooth and hassle-free customer experience. Qualifications

Location:
Ahmedabad
• 6 months–1 year of experience in Real Estate CRM, Customer Relations, Post-Sales, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of real estate post-sales processes and documentation.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to handle customer queries and coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic CRM tools will be an advantage.
