We're Hiring | Pod Lead – Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Mandatory: Ph.
D. qualification AND previous skilled experience as a Pod Lead. Both are non-negotiable. We are looking for experienced PhD professionals to lead a team of technical experts working on advanced AI training and evaluation projects.

What you'll do
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 technical trainers.
• Review and validate complex engineering and computer science tasks, codebases, simulations and automated evaluations.
• Ensure technical accuracy, quality and reproducibility.
• Manage task allocation, technical reviews and delivery. Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable):
• Ph.
D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Previous professional experience as a Pod Lead,



managing a technical team, quality reviews and delivery.
• Strong programming proficiency in C/C++, Rust, Python, MATLAB, Julia, Fortran or HDL.
• Advanced Linux/terminal proficiency.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one area: HPC, Systems Programming, Scientific Computing, Circuit Simulation, Signal Processing, Power Systems or Digital Hardware Design. Engagement Details:
• Open Positions: 10
• Duration: 4 weeks (contract)
• Workload: 40 hours/week
• Compensation: USD 20–30/hour
• Availability: 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time required.
