Role Description The Software Demo Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for presenting SuperSquare’s AI and software solutions to prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, and showcasing how SuperSquare’s tools address specific business challenges. The role involves collaborating with product, sales, and technical teams to create demo environments, validate use cases, and refine demo scripts and workflows. The Specialist will respond to technical and functional questions during demos, collect feedback, and share insights to improve product features and customer experience. Additionally,



the role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SuperSquare’s offerings, documenting demo scenarios, and supporting pre-sales activities through clear communication and professional client engagement. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in software development and programming skills to understand and demonstrate technical product capabilities.
• Experience working with databases and data-driven applications to explain integrations, data flows, and system behavior.
• Knowledge of software design principles to communicate architecture, workflows, and solution scalability to clients.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies to validate demo environments, ensure reliability, and troubleshoot issues during presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Demonstrated client-facing or pre-sales experience, including conducting product demos, workshops, or technical presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to preparing demos.
• Comfort working on-site in a team-oriented, fast-paced workplace in Noida, with a focus on professionalism and teamwork.
