The selected candidates will support business operations, marketing activities, social media management, market research, content creation, and brand development. Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content, captions, and promotional materials.
• Support content planning and social media calendar preparation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist with SEO, keyword research, and online brand promotion.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and business activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
• Assist with email marketing and other promotional activities.
• Maintain records, documentation, and Excel reports.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas.




• Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the management. Required

Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is preferred.
• Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity and content development abilities.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn recent tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Eligibility Criteria:
• MBA students or recent graduates, preferably specializing in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Graduates from any stream with an interest in digital marketing can also apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates should have their own laptop.
