Its YouTube channel, JUGNU KIDS, is setting new standards in kids’ content and attracting viewers from around the world, offering team members the chance to contribute to impactful, widely viewed work. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role located in Rohini, New Delhi. The Social Media Content Creator will develop and publish engaging content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels to promote Crazy Cub Animation Studio and the JUGNU KIDS brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, brainstorming ideas with the creative team, writing captions and short scripts, coordinating with designers and animators, and managing posts and comments to maintain an active online presence. The role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, understanding audience preferences, and suggesting improvements to increase reach and engagement.



The individual will collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to ensure that social media content aligns with brand guidelines and ongoing projects. Qualifications
• Solid skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging captions, basic scriptwriting, and adapting content for different platforms.
• Ability to plan and manage content calendars, coordinate with creative teams, and maintain consistent posting schedules.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and a basic understanding of audience engagement and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of visual storytelling and an eye for appealing thumbnails, short video formats, and kids-focused content.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital content creation, or a related field, preferably in media, entertainment, or animation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Rohini, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relevant education in Media Studies, Communication, Marketing, Animation, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
