Role Description We're looking for an energetic, creative, and target-driven Part time Marketing & Sales Intern to join our Bengaluru team. The role is designed around college schedules and other commitments, with flexible weekday and weekend hours. You'll gain hands-on experience in event marketing, B2B outreach, social media content creation, and lead generation in the experiential entertainment sector. You'll work closely with our marketing and venue management teams during peak operational windows to drive weekend footfall, engage visitors, and secure group bookings from IT park teams, colleges, and event planners.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development Support
• Targeted Outreach: Reach out to college fest committees, school activity coordinators,



and corporate HR teams across Bengaluru to promote group packages and weekend outings.
• Inquiry Handling: Follow up on inbound leads from WhatsApp, social media, and the website during your shifts. 2. Marketing & Social Media Execution
• On-Floor Content Capture: Shoot and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) showcasing guest experiences, game highlights, and weekend energy during peak hours.
• Campaign & Activation Support: Help run localized promotional campaigns, including college campus tie-ups and seasonal offer drives.
• In-Park Marketing: Make sure posters, standees, and digital screen graphics show current offers during your shifts. 3. Competitor & Trend Tracking
• Track local youth trends, college fest schedules, and weekend entertainment hotspots in Bengaluru, and suggest quick-turnaround promotional ideas. Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field (BBA candidates preferred).

Location:
Based in Bengaluru, with good knowledge of local tech hubs, college campuses, and youth hangouts.
• Communication: Strong spoken and written English. Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is an advantage for engaging local partners.
• Content Creation: Basic mobile video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, InShot) and familiarity with current social media trends.
