Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Raipur. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and execution for training and logistics-related initiatives, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, trainers, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure projects run smoothly and align with organizational objectives. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, track budgets,



and prepare regular status reports for leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and expediting project activities, ensuring quality standards through inspections, optimizing logistics management for training centers, and implementing continuous improvements based on feedback and performance data. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to manage timelines, follow-ups, and on-time completion of project milestones.
• Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and project specifications.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, materials, and operations across multiple locations.
• Relevant experience in logistics, education, skill development, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and community stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; qualified project management certification is an advantage.
