The club focuses on delivering a premium, community-oriented experience to its members and their guests. Key Responsibilites:
· Act as the first point of contact for members’ queries, feedback, and complaints.
· Assist members in navigating club services, facilities, and processes.
· Handle enquiries for memberships, banquets, rooms, events, and golf-related bookings.
· Explain membership/booking options, pricing, inclusions, and policies.
· Explain club rules,



benefits, and facility usage.
· Coordinate with Marketing/EA team for campaigns: WhatsApp, emailers, newsletters, social media.
· Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, golf department, operations, and accounts to resolve member issues.
· Help plan and execute club events: workshops, tournaments, celebrations, gatherings.
· Maintain daily enquiry logs and CRM reports.
· Prepare weekly updates on membership growth, leads, and interactions.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
·

Experience:
5+ years of experience in client/member relations, account management, hospitality, or sales.
· Having excellent verbal & written communication skills
· Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
