Experience:
4–6 Years About TrueFan AI TrueFan AI is a Gurugram-based generative AI company building India's leading enterprise video platform. From a single five-minute shoot, our technology generates hyper-personalized, ultra-realistic videos in 175+ languages. We work with 100+ enterprises across BFSI, healthcare, travel, and consumer internet industries, where accuracy, compliance, and brand safety are non-negotiable. We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to own, strengthen, and scale the cloud infrastructure powering our AI-driven products. This role requires strong technical fundamentals, hands-on expertise, and the ability to independently manage production infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. Role Overview As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with our backend, AI/ML, and engineering teams to architect, manage, and optimize our AWS infrastructure, container orchestration platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. You will take ownership of infrastructure reliability, deployment automation, system monitoring, security, and performance optimization. We are looking for someone who can go beyond routine infrastructure management and proactively improve scalability, availability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• AWS Infrastructure & Architecture: Design, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, Auto Scaling Groups, Load Balancers, ECR, ECS, and EKS.
• Infrastructure Scaling & Reliability: Build and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure to support growing application demands. Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively improve system reliability.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Handle deployments, cluster management, rollouts, and production troubleshooting.
• CI/CD & Deployment Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, ensuring reliable and efficient software releases.
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and CloudWatch. Drive proactive identification and resolution of production issues.
• Infrastructure as Code: Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Cloud Cost Optimization: Monitor AWS expenditure, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining performance and availability.
• Linux & Production Engineering: Manage Linux-based environments, troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Security & Compliance: Establish infrastructure security best practices, manage IAM policies and access controls, and ensure secure, compliant cloud environments.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash to streamline infrastructure operations and minimize manual intervention. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure and core cloud services. TrueFan AI | 1
