Key Responsibilities
• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals.
• Resume screening and initial candidate coordination.
• Interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Working on live client hiring requirements.
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and driving closures. AI & Technology Exposure
• Hands-on exposure to AI-powered recruitment tools.




• AI-assisted sourcing, screening and talent mapping.
• Recruitment automation and HR technology. Who Can Apply?
