We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect – Supply Chain Technologies with strong domain expertise in logistics and enterprise supply chain systems, combined with the ability to design scalable, integrated digital solutions. Role OverviewThe Senior Solution Architect will lead the design of technology solutions addressing complex supply chain challenges across transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment, international trade, and multimodal logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), Yard Management Systems (YMS), CPG supply chains, ocean container shipping, and air freight operations. You will collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, customers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Solution Architecture
• Design scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions for enterprise supply chain platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, system architectures, integration designs, and workflows.
• Define solution blueprints, data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives involving supply chain visibility, collaboration, automation, and operational efficiency. 2. Transportation, Warehouse & Order Management
• Design solutions supporting transportation planning, execution, carrier management, shipment tracking, freight settlement, and exception management.
• Understand WMS processes including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Support OMS capabilities such as order orchestration, allocation, fulfillment, and delivery tracking.
• Understand YMS processes including gate operations, trailer movements, dock scheduling, and yard visibility.
• Architect integrations between TMS, WMS, OMS, YMS, ERP, and external logistics platforms. 3.



International Trade & Multimodal Logistics
• Apply knowledge of global trade processes, customs documentation, Incoterms, import/export procedures, and freight forwarding.
• Understand ocean container shipping, including FCL/LCL, vessel schedules, container tracking, transshipment, demurrage, and detention.
• Understand air freight operations, including cargo booking, air waybills, airline cargo handling, and shipment visibility.
• Design solutions supporting cross-border logistics, trade documentation, and multimodal transportation visibility.
• Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners. 4. CPG Supply Chain Solutions
• Understand CPG supply chain operations covering manufacturing, distribution, inventory, replenishment, and retail fulfillment.
• Design solutions improving inventory visibility, order fulfillment, distribution efficiency, and logistics collaboration.
• Address challenges involving high-volume shipments, distributor networks, seasonal demand, and retail supply chains. 5. Enterprise Integration & Technical Architecture
• Define integration architectures connecting ERP, TMS, WMS, OMS, YMS, and third-party platforms.
• Design API-driven, event-based, and message-oriented integrations.
• Work with REST APIs, webhooks, EDI, XML, JSON, and enterprise messaging standards.
• Familiarity with EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and industry-specific logistics data standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on microservices, cloud-native architectures, security, scalability, and system performance.
• Develop architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, integration specifications, and technical documentation. 6. Product Collaboration & Solution Delivery
• Work closely with product management to define business capabilities, product requirements, and solution roadmaps.
• Conduct requirement workshops and solution design sessions with customers and stakeholders.
• Translate business processes into user journeys, functional workflows, and technical designs.
• Support proof-of-concept development, customer demonstrations,



and solution validation.
• Guide engineering teams throughout implementation and ensure alignment with architectural standards. 7. Data Analytics & Supply Chain Intelligence
• Identify opportunities to leverage supply chain data for operational visibility and decision-making.
• Define analytics requirements and KPIs such as OTIF, transit time, inventory turnover, freight cost, and delivery reliability.
• Collaborate with analytics teams on dashboards, reporting, and exception management solutions.
• Support data-driven supply chain optimization initiatives. Required Skills & QualificationsSupply Chain Domain Expertise
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain technology, logistics solutions, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of TMS and good understanding of WMS, OMS, and YMS.
• Experience with international trade, freight forwarding, and global logistics operations.
• Knowledge of ocean container shipping and air freight processes.
• Understanding of CPG supply chains, distribution networks, and order fulfillment.
• Experience designing solutions involving multiple supply chain stakeholders and enterprise applications. Technical & Architecture Skills
• Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture and complex systems integration.
• Solid understanding of APIs, EDI, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, SaaS applications, and distributed systems.
• Ability to create functional architecture, technical designs, data flows, and integration specifications.
• Understanding of data modeling, relational databases, security, and system interoperability.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred / Good-to-Have SkillsBlockchain Technologies
• Understanding of blockchain and distributed ledger technologies, preferably Hyperledger Fabric.
• Exposure to blockchain applications in supply chain traceability, trusted data sharing, and digital documentation. Figma & UX Design
