- need to travel to client site when need) Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid Immediate/Early Joiners Preferred Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Technical Lead / Junior Architect to lead a team of approximately 25 developers while remaining actively involved in hands-on technical development and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 25 Salesforce developers.
• Drive Salesforce technical design, development, and implementation.
• Provide hands-on technical support whenever required.




• Oversee Salesforce APEX development, LWC, and integrations.
• Guide the team on technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Manage technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Adapt to a domestic client setting with flexible and sometimes ad hoc working requirements.
