Role Description The D365 Functional Consultant will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating with SME clients to implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes to D365 functionalities, and designing scalable, process-centric solutions aligned with each client’s industry vertical. The consultant will conduct system configuration, participate in testing and user training,



and provide functional support during and after go-live to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption. This role also involves preparing documentation, working closely with technical teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and business transformation projects. Qualifications
• Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, CE or relevant modules) and understanding of ERP/CRM processes.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, perform process mapping, and design process-centric solutions for SME clients across multiple industries.
• Experience in system configuration, functional testing, user training, and post-implementation support for D365 or similar enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of related technologies and deployment models, such as cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments, preferably on Microsoft platforms.
• Solid communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; qualified certifications in Dynamics 365 or ERP/CRM systems are an advantage.
• Background in consulting or implementation for sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, professional services, or similar is highly beneficial.
