Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Engineer
- Civil, based in Bengaluru South, with an allowance for some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Engineer will oversee construction projects, coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors, manage resources, and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, preparing technical reports, tracking project progress, and troubleshooting issues.



Active participation in project planning and working collaboratively with all stakeholders will be essential. Qualifications
• Solid technical knowledge in Civil Engineering, including structural analysis, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in project management tools, resource planning, and scheduling techniques.
• Experience in site supervision, quality control, safety management, and troubleshooting construction challenges.
• Competency in software like AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with architects, contractors, and clients.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; additional certifications in project management are a plus.
• Prior experience in the construction industry, especially in residential or commercial projects, is highly desirable.
