Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Promote international visa assistance services for the UK, USA, Schengen, Canada and other destinations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable visa services.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Requirements:
• Experience in visa consultancy sales, travel sales or telesales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to handle leads and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of international visa services is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
