Role Description The Finance Accounting Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial statements and supporting documentation. Daily tasks include recording transactions, updating accounting systems, and helping with month-end and year-end closing activities under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves basic financial analysis, data validation, and preparation of reports for internal stakeholders. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support compliance with internal controls and policies,



and contribute to process improvements within the finance function. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Accounting Software and basic accounting principles, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for working with internal teams and presenting financial information.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to follow established processes and timelines.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new systems, and work collaboratively in a structured corporate environment. Stipend 15000/month
