Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with maternity hospitals, paediatric clinics, baby care centres, and healthcare institutions.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, gynaecologists, paediatricians, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and alliance channels to expand brand reach and customer acquisition.
- Drive branding initiatives, promotional activities, baby welcome kits, hospital engagement programs, and awareness campaigns.




- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and generate leads.
- Track alliance performance, business contribution, and partnership effectiveness. What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and identifying new opportunities.
- Robust interpersonal, coordination, follow-up, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the South Region.
