Position Overview The HR Executive (Learning & Development) will design, implement, and assess training initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, promote behavioural excellence, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver field‑training exercises and on‑the‑job learning modules.
• Lead HR training programs covering compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
• Conduct behaviour‑based training workshops to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee orientation and induction programs, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Partner with functional heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPI analysis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation, LMS content, and learning calendars.
• Coordinate external training vendors and track training budgets.
• Support succession planning by creating development pathways for high‑potential talent. Required Experience & Skills




• 3‑8 years of experience in HR learning & development or related roles.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate field training, behaviour training, and orientation programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and MS Office suite; experience with e‑learning tools is a plus.
• Ability to analyze training data and translate insights into actionable improvements. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
