Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream.
• A degree in Education is a must.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an MYP Coordinator is required for this position. Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, implementation and development of the MYP curriculum.
• Ensure the curriculum aligns with the IB MYP framework, objectives and requirements.
• Guide and support teachers in understanding and implementing the MYP framework.
• Organise regular departmental and curriculum planning meetings.
• Monitor the development and implementation of assessment plans.
• Promote inquiry-based, concept-driven and student-centred learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savviness and readiness to apply technology in education are musts for all positions
