Role Description The Collection Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the collections process for Urjape’s customer accounts. This role involves monitoring overdue accounts, developing collection strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and professional recovery of outstanding payments. The Collection Manager will manage and mentor collection executives, review daily collection reports, analyze portfolio performance, and implement process improvements to reduce delinquencies. The role includes handling escalated cases, maintaining accurate records,



ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and providing regular updates to management on collection metrics and risks. The Collection Manager will also collaborate with customer support and finance teams to balance effective collections with a positive customer experience. Qualifications
• Robust experience in collections management, credit control, or accounts receivable, preferably in financial services or consumer lending.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track collection performance and identify trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of collections processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices in responsible recovery.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage targets, and implement process improvements.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric mindset in all collection activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Comfort working with technology platforms, CRM or collection systems, and standard office software.
