Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for engaging prospective and existing clients over phone and digital channels to promote Kheewa’s consulting and promotion services. In this role, the representative conducts outbound and inbound calls, presents service offerings, explains benefits, and addresses questions to guide potential clients through the sales process. Daily activities include qualifying leads, updating CRM or tracking systems, following up on inquiries,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The Telesales Representative will also provide basic customer support, gather feedback, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on service features and industry trends. Consistent achievement of sales targets and maintaining professional, courteous communication are key expectations for this position. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal presentation and active listening
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and build client trust
• Sales skills, including lead qualification, persuasive pitching, and closing techniques
• Training-oriented mindset, with the ability to learn service details quickly and apply guidance from coaching sessions
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace
• Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms
• Goal-oriented work ethic with the ability to meet or exceed call and sales targets
• Prior telesales or inside sales experience in consulting or services is an advantage
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is beneficial
