• Graduate Engineer: Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
•

Experience:
8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Global Exposure: Experience working in a multinational/global engineering environment, with exposure to global stakeholder management.
• Change Governance: Strong working experience in configuration management & engineering change control of products & components.
• ECR / ECO Management: Proven experience in ECR / ECO management & change governance within manufacturing or engineering.
• PLM & Version Control: Experience in working with PLM / product data & version control tools like Windchill / Teamcenter / Enovia / SAP PLM.
• Change Process Expertise: In-depth knowledge of engineering change processes & best practices.
• Technical Record Interpretation: Working experience in the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, product structures, technical records & change documentation. VALUABLE TO HAVE
• CAD/drawing & specification control.
• Cross-functional engineering/quality/manufacturing coordination.
• Risk, compliance & auditability.
• Process & tool continuous improvement. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING




• Manage & progress engineering change requests across WMFTS sites.
• Maintain product configuration models & specifications to ensure traceability of product versions & documentation.
• Maintain & facilitate change-control reviews, reports & communications.
• Coordinate with design engineers to ensure specifications, CAD models & drawings are correctly version controlled.
• Coordinate engineering changes with engineering, quality, manufacturing & other business functions.
• Track change activities, risks, issues & improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards & regulatory requirements & contribute to continuous improvement. WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
• Multi-functional project teams comprising Engineers, Product Managers, Marketers, Supply Chain, Quality & Factory representatives.
• Stakeholders across multiple WMFTS sites & disciplines.
