Role Summary Support our Client's infrastructure and operations across servers, cloud, identity, networking, security and endpoints. The ideal candidate will have broad hands-on administration and troubleshooting experience, with particular strength in Windows Server support and migrations.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2025, Linux servers, and Windows domain environments.
• Perform Windows Server migrations, upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
• Support SQL Server infrastructure and AWS environments.
• Administer Microsoft Entra and identity and access management.
• Support network infrastructure, firewalls and telecommunications.
• Maintain security tools and controls covering email threat protection, endpoint threat protection, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and vulnerability management.




• Troubleshoot infrastructure and endpoint issues across the environment.
• Help maintain and expand the capabilities of Freshservice, UHA’s IT service management platform.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and document procedures to support the transition from a retiring infrastructure subject matter expert. Candidate Profile
• Broad experience in systems and network administration across multiple infrastructure technologies.
• Solid Windows Server support and migration experience.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and take ownership across infrastructure and security systems.
• Freshservice administration and enhancement experience would be valuable. The role can be Part-Time as well for candidates who are interested (Need to work 5:30 to 9:30 am IST)
