Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote Andromeda’s loan and financial products across various online channels. The specialist will manage social media accounts, optimize content for engagement, run online marketing initiatives, and monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to align marketing messaging, analyzing digital metrics and user behavior, preparing performance reports,



and recommending improvements to increase lead generation and brand visibility. The role also requires staying updated on digital marketing trends and ensuring all campaigns comply with relevant guidelines and brand standards. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, grow audiences, and drive engagement.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and create actionable insights.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating clear, customer-focused messaging.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and content management systems is beneficial.
