Role Description This is a full-time, in office Mechanic role based in Malappuram. The Mechanic will perform routine inspections, diagnose issues, and carry out maintenance and repair work on a range of vehicles and, when required, heavy equipment. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, replacing parts, conducting mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The role involves collaborating with service advisors and other team members, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating clearly with customers and colleagues about vehicle status and required repairs.



The Mechanic is expected to follow workshop procedures, use diagnostic tools effectively, and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to work on a variety of vehicles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance, including regular inspections and scheduled servicing to avoid breakdowns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting, including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Heavy Equipment, or be willing to learn and adapt to servicing larger or specialized vehicles.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• Prior experience as an automotive mechanic or technician in a workshop or dealership environment is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, follow safety guidelines, and use diagnostic and repair tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced service environment.
