Role Description The AI Instructor internship is an on-site role based in Bilaspur. In this position, the intern supports the design and delivery of training sessions that help users understand and effectively work with AI-powered chatbot solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing learning materials and demos, assisting with workshops, gathering feedback from participants, and documenting common user questions to improve training content.



The role also involves collaborating with technical and product teams to ensure that training aligns with current features, best practices, and real-world use cases. Interns contribute to creating explicit, accessible explanations of AI concepts and chatbot functionality for diverse business users. Qualifications
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of AI, chatbots, or software applications and interest in conversational interfaces.
• Comfort with preparing instructional materials, guides, or tutorials for non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail in tracking feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with trainers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in computer science, information technology, education, business, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability to new tools and methods, and a genuine interest in AI-driven customer engagement.
