Company Description Madaan Law Offices is a dispute resolution firm in India with expertise in civil, commercial and corporate laws, and a significant practice in insolvency and bankruptcy matters before the NCLT and NCLAT. The firm is involved in litigation, arbitration and advisory work, serving a diverse range of clients across the corporate sector, statutory bodies and individuals. Role Description This is an immediate requirement for a full-time, in office Associate at our office in New Delhi (Safdarjung Enclave). The Associate will independently handle insolvency, bankruptcy and corporate-commercial litigation matters, from drafting through appearance, and will guide junior associates.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle insolvency, bankruptcy and corporate-commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications and submissions for courts and tribunals
• Appear before courts and tribunals, with emphasis on IBC and Company Law matters before the NCLT/NCLAT




• Advise clients on dispute resolution and settlement strategy
• Coordinate with clients and external counsel
• Lead complex matters and guide junior associates Qualifications

B. and enrolment with a State Bar Council
• 3+ years’ post-qualification litigation experience, with at least 2 years in IBC matters
• Experience drafting and filing applications under Sections 7, 9 and 10 of the IBC, and appearing before the NCLT/NCLAT
• Working knowledge of Companies Act proceedings before the NCLT
• Sound knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate laws, with demonstrated legal research and drafting ability
• Ability to handle dispute resolution and settlement
• Good written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. Remuneration: As per industry standards and merit based.
