Role Description The Bench Sales role at Synap IQ LLC is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. This role involves marketing and placing bench consultants by identifying suitable requirements, building relationships with vendors and clients, and negotiating rates and terms. Day-to-day activities include sourcing opportunities through job portals and networking, submitting qualified profiles, following up on interview schedules and feedback, and maintaining an updated pipeline of consultants and positions.



The role also includes coordinating with internal teams for training or upskilling consultants, ensuring timely documentation, and adhering to company policies and client requirements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with consultants, clients, and vendor partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive bench marketing, close opportunities, and manage a pipeline of requirements.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to coordinate or support onboarding and skill enhancement for bench consultants.
• Prior experience in Bench Sales, IT staffing, or recruitment within the technology sector is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within fast-paced environments is essential.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media sourcing, and basic MS Office tools is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is advantageous.
