Role Description The Graphic Design Intern role at Hrzworkz Private Limited (HERTZWORKZ) is a full-time, in office position based in Pune District. The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, and internal presentations. Daily tasks include assisting with logo and brand element development, preparing layout concepts, and refining designs based on feedback from marketing and product stakeholders. The intern will also work on image editing, file preparation, and maintaining consistency with brand guidelines across all visual content. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in brainstorming sessions will be an important part of the role. Qualifications
• Foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
• Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding to support the creation and refinement of brand identities.
• Basic proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and design instructions.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
