About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead to manage client modification and DP operations while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and seamless stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of broking and depository operations, regulatory frameworks, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
.
Lead and manage a team handling client modification requests and related operational activities. .
Ensure proper documentation, validation, and adherence to maker-checker workflows. .
Interpret and implement SEBI, NSE, and regulatory circulars with accuracy. .
Handle inspections, audits, and compliance-related responses. .
Monitor turnaround times (TATs), identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements. .
Allocate work, track productivity, and ensure timely completion of tasks. .
Provide training and guidance on regulatory updates and internal SOPs. .
Coordinate with Customer Support, Compliance, and IT teams for issue resolution and process enhancements. .




Prepare and review daily/weekly MIS reports, including pending cases, .processed requests, TAT tracking, and exception reporting. .
Escalate suspicious, high-risk, or potentially fraudulent cases promptly. .
Ensure accuracy of client data across systems and prevent unauthorized modification requests. .
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and enhanced client experience while maintaining compliance standards. Key Requirements .
Graduate degree (Commerce/Finance preferred). .6-8 years of experience in Broking Operations, Client Modification, or DP Operations. .
Strong understanding of SEBI, NSE, and Depository regulations. .
Experience in handling audits, inspections, and compliance processes. .
Knowledge of maker-checker controls, audit trails, and risk management practices. .
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. .
Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive operational efficiency.
