• ✔️ Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Collaboratively design and implement inquiry-based, concept-driven unit plans aligned with IBDP and Cambridge standards.

• ✔️ Assessment & Feedback: Create formative and summative assessments, track student performance analytics, and provide constructive feedback to accelerate learning.

• ✔️ Classroom & Pastoral Care: Serve as homeroom advisor/pastoral lead, maintaining a safe, inclusive learning setting and supporting SEL initiatives.

• ✔️ Parent & Community Engagement: Build strong home-school partnerships via regular updates, parent conferences, and collaborative events.
